A business forum with participation of the business circles of Uzbekistan and Poland was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
The delegation of Polish business circles arrived in Uzbekistan with two-day visit, which was organized by Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Silesian Chamber of Commerce of Wroclaw (Poland).
The delegation includes representatives of Polish companies, who produce railway cars, buses and trolleybuses, bio medicine and nano-technologies, equipment for freezing and storage of fruits, etc.
The business forum is directed at further expanding direct contacts between business structures of Uzbekistan and Poland.
During the forum, the Polish businesses received information on economic reforms in Uzbekistan, support of small and private businesses, investment climate in Uzbekistan.
The sides also considered current state of foreign economic cooperation between two nations.
Within the business forum, businesses of Uzbekistan and Poland held bilateral negotiations to determine directions of further interaction.
