According to the Agency for Intellectual Property, a staff member of the Republican Scientific Center for Neurosurgery of Uzbekistan S.V Perfilev invented a device model for the treatment of spinal injuries. This device can be used in medicine, traumatology and neurosurgery in order to cure spine diseases and injuries. Its purpose is to treat spinal injuries with weak bone structure.
Note that the damage of the spine makes up to 17% of all injuries of locomotor apparatus. All spinal injuries can be divided into complicated and uncomplicated.
In uncomplicated damages the injuries of spinal cord do not occur whereas complicated spinal injuries involve paralysis, sensory disturbances and pain in the limbs.
